Have you ever felt lost, abandoned and invisible?
Perhaps there is a feeling of overwhelm, heaviness or sadness about your life and maybe you have wondered if there was another way or a way out.
That's how I used to feel, until I had that 'dark night of the soul' moment where I contemplated whether life was worth carrying on.
I had done EVERYTHING my parents told me, school told me and society told me.
Everything in the most 'perfect' way I could, as they said I should do, 'to be happy' - yet I would end up miserable, suicidal and so physically ill that I ended up bedridden for almost 3 years.
But I am pleased to say that is in the past...
The GOOD NEWS is I did find a natural, healthy and empowering way out of that impotent state to emotional empowerment.
I learned how to increase my awareness of my emotions, connect with them and to understand them. (As ALL emotions are messengers after all!).
And it's great that nowadays, there is so much awareness about mental and emotional health.
